Trade Air has announced the return of domestic PSO routes, although according to the currently available information, flights will not be available before July 12, 2026. Passengers awaiting the resumption of domestic air services will therefore have to wait a few more days, while new information on the summer flight schedule and the start of ticket sales is expected after July 10.
Trade Air thanked passengers for their patience and interest in its domestic routes, adding that all new information will be published as soon as it is ready. Updates will be made available through the airline’s official website, as well as its official Instagram and Facebook profiles.
These are domestic routes operated under the PSO programme, or Public Service Obligation, which ensures air connectivity between certain Croatian cities. Such routes are particularly important for connecting parts of the country that do not have the same level of air transport accessibility as larger international markets. In Croatia’s case, they have traditionally included connections between Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Osijek, Rijeka and Pula.
Although the exact date when ticket sales will begin has not yet been confirmed, Trade Air’s announcement indicates that preparations for the relaunch of domestic flights are nearing completion. For now, passengers are advised to follow the airline’s official channels, as the final summer schedule, route availability and the start of ticket sales will be announced only once operational details have been finalized.
The return of domestic PSO routes is also important in the broader context of Croatian air transport, especially during the summer season, when demand increases for faster connections between the coast, the capital and the eastern part of the country. In addition to supporting international tourism flows, these routes also serve an important local role by enabling domestic travel within Croatia without relying exclusively on road or rail transport.
